I’m going to discuss Pakistan Real Estate Market Future and Forecast about property in the year 2022. Actually, this forecast is not a prophecy it depends on certain factors. People buy property for the sake of profit. There are four major factors or safe havens of profit which include.
- Stock Market
- Property Market
Let’s talk one by one about them. We talk first about gold. In 2020 we saw a huge hike in gold prices due to unstable universal economic conditions and the Corona pandemic shut down. That leads the investors to invest in gold which is rapidly going up and reaching up to 2000 dollars per ounce. But now it is at its peak and starts drifting down so investors are not risking investing in it.
Secondly, a major factor is banks. In 2019-20 we saw a huge climb in interest once which was at 13.50%. But at the end of 2020, the Government of Pakistan took a good step to boost its economy by lowering the interest rate which is at present 7%. The government wants people to spend money and for this, they are decreasing interest rates to discourage people from the bulk deposit.
The third main actor is the stick market. Which is also at its peak n in near future it may go down or remains at this point.
Now we talk about a property if u have a close look at the property market you will find that property is gradually gearing up. The government took several initiatives to speed it up. Numerous projects like Diamir Basha Dam and the Naya Pakistan Housing scheme have been launched. Investors have been given a chance to invest in property without asking for income sources. They can make their black money into white. Signs are positive as sales of cement and steel are at on record high. The government is also considering importing cement otherwise its prices may be uncontrolled which are already touched 550 which previously are at 420. DHA prices are also increased by up to 5 million. CPEC is at full speed.
So in conclusion, it’s my assessment that 2021 is the year of property. If u invest now it will give u the highest return. Don’t miss the train to take the right decision at the right time
